Numerous medieval and modern astrologers have spoken or written about some astrological configurations and sayings they thought and even found were very reliable.
Such sayings are also called 'aphorisms.'
In this article we present some of these astrology love aphorisms that astrologers have found to predict something about the love life of the native.
The aphorisms are not discussed in any particular order because they stand alone.

The North Node in Taurus or in the 2nd house is in a 'Mata Hari-position.'
In other words, the North Node here points to someone who is seductive.
Natal Mars in the 5th house is one of the most attractive positions for Mars to be in.
In a male chart, the Moon in the 5th house indicates many (or at least different) children and there can be a big sex drive.
The Moon-Uranus Quintile (aspect of 72°) indicates someone who is in fire and flame easily with lots of sudden attractions and (love) affairs.
With transiting Lilith (the mean apogee of the Moon) in the 1st, 3rd, 5th, 7th, 9th or 11th natal house, chances are you are in a time frame of interesting and enjoyable encounters, sudden attractions and love at first sight.
In the natal chart, Venus in a fixed sign (Taurus, Leo, Scorpio or Aquarius) may bring long-lasting love unions (or love affairs).
Venus in cardinal signs (Aries, Cancer, Libra or Capricorn) needs a challenge in relationships, needs a 'fight' and wants to conquer.
Those people are often attracted to opposite personalities.
The waxing semi-sextile between Venus and Saturn is very often indicative of a long-lasting profound relationship or marriage.
The 7th house is the house of all human relationships (a broader community than your partner!), about all the people you meet anywhere (at the working floor, in the mall, on the street,...) and your partner is just one of them.
Children of other parents belong to the 11th house or Aquarius.
People with strong Aquarius traits or a stellium (3 or more planets) in the 11th house always have to do with children of other parents (among others: step-children, adopted children,...).
The Moon in Scorpio in a female natal chart suggests gynecological issues and possible problems with childbirth.
Planets or bodies opposite to Neptune slowly dissolve or negate, planets or bodies opposite Saturn block, planets or bodies opposite Uranus break up expel or separate.
In a male chart, the Moon opposite or square Mercury indicates encounters with (highly) critical women.
In a female chart, Mercury in the 7th house points to encounters, attractions and affairs with (much) younger men/lovers; the more so if Mercury is in Aries, Gemini, Leo, Libra, Sagittarius or Aquarius.
In a male chart, the Moon square or opposite Venus often denotes encounters with moody women.
In the natal chart of a woman, the ruler of the 7th house in the 1st house shows that she's wearing the trousers in the family and that she can be quite strict.
In a female chart, when Saturn is in the 6th house and Venus conjuncts the Descendant, this points to sexual or intimacy issues with the partner.
If the Part of Fortune is in the 3rd house in a female chart, she may marry a foreigner or someone from another society or class.
The ruler of the Ascendant inconjunct the ruler of the 7th house often coincides with relationships without realization or manifesting (unrequited love, impossible relationships,...).
