Reportedly, Britney Spears also dated within her backup dance Columbus Short in 2003.

Britney's first marriage was to Jason Alexander in the early morning hours on January 3, 2004.

Jason had been her friend since childhood.

Since October 2016, she dated Sam Asghari, an aspiring actor.

Update September 15, 2005: Us Weekly magazine reports that Britney gave birth by Caesarean section shortly before 1 p.m. PDT (1700 GMT) at Santa Monica UCLA Medical Center, California on Wednesday September 14, 2005.

Update June 2006: Britney Spears confirmed on May 9, 2006 that she's pregnant again.

Update October 2006: Britney Spears reportedly gave birth to another baby boy via (a scheduled) caesarean section at a Los Angeles hospital just before 2 a.m. on Tuesday, September 12, 2006.

Update June 10, 2022: Britney Spears and Sam Asghari married on June 9, 2022 in the evening (reportedly between 7:00 - 8:00 pm) in a 10 minutes wedding at her home in Thousand Oaks, Los Angeles, CA/USA.

The newlyweds made their exit at 10:15 pm.

Reportedly, the ceremony was 45 minutes behind schedule because of Spears’ ex-husband Jason Alexander having crashed the wedding venue hours before the ceremony was set to commence.

Update August 17, 2023: Reportedly, Sam Asghari filed for divorce from Britney Spears on August 16, 2023.

Rumors began circulating in March 2023 that the couple were having marital struggles.
