Why is it possible that our forecasts still can be wrong for you?
Because we only and solely delineate the transiting planets/bodies and midpoints that aspect your natal Sun WITHOUT taking into account any interference from any other natal planet/body (because we don't have your natal chart that contains much more planets/bodies and points than just the Sun).
If, for example, the transiting Jupiter/Uranus midpoint aspects your natal Sun, this may indicate a fortunate event -- which we will mention.
However, if, in your natal chart, Saturn aspects the Sun (which we cannot know), the meaning of this configuration changes completely and becomes more challenging and you may find our prediction to be wrong for you.
During this month of January there are the following specific planetary configurations of stationing outer planets that might affect some specific birthdays in particular:
Generally speaking, January 2, 3, 4 and 18 are "less lucky" days.
Try not to initiate any major projects on these dark, unfortunate, chaotic and empty days (no proposals, no marriages, no changes of residence,...) because things may not go as planned or wished.
In the 45° dial, there are the following powerful midpoint combos between outer planets going on that will be exact this month and that will mark this month's Zeitgeist: Pluto hits the Jupiter/Saturn midpoint (PL = JU/SA) again on the one hand, while Jupiter hits the Saturn/Uranus midpoint (JU = SA/UR) on the other side.
Additionally, the Jupiter/Saturn midpoint equals the (stationing) Uranus/Chiron midpoint (JU/SA = UR/CH).
The PL = JU/SA midpoint has previously been active in September 2022 so that some of its meanings and themes will likely repeat in January 2023.
This planetary picture suggests, among others: to feel oppressed and try to free oneself, the huge efforts to reach a goal, the tremendous perseverance to succeed, to try to enforce a major change of a situation to bring some relief, the total and dramatic reversal of plans previously made, to rebuild successfully, the sudden changes in the financial situation, the sudden invention after lots of research, and above all (and almost a given) the collapse of buildings and/or concrete structures, the demolition of buildings and real estate.
The JU = SA/UR midpoint on the other hand is indicative of, among others: the damage to buildings, the collapse of buildings, the renovation of buildings, to be outdoorsy or to be away from home a lot, trying to relieve tension and strain.
The JU/SA = stationing UR/CH planetary picture confirms the (sudden) issues with buildings, houses, living quarters etc.
As a reminder, we also repeat what we wrote in our December 2022 forecast as it still applies: till January 16, Saturn and Neptune are at the same numerical degrees of 22° and 23° in a sign.
This means that both planets are now tightly connected in a semi-sextile and might be related to lots of ("above normal") precipitation (snow, rain), resulting in quite some issues here and there.
Usually, this combo coincides with extreme weather (often ice cold in Winter time -- be it frozen (Saturn) water (Neptune) or melting (Neptune) ice (Saturn)).
Following mundane astrology, this combination is related to suffering, a lack of something and shortages, deprivation, quite some health issues and increased civil unrest because of the ongoing dissatisfaction and feelings of depression.
Authorities and governments are questioned and systems and structures slowly dissolve more and more.
Anytime Saturn and Neptune build a combo, they point to decay and chronically deteriorating situations in many ways and in many fields.
Venus and Pluto join at 27° Capricorn around January 1, suggesting a passionate involvement with someone, but also crossing lines and totally inappropriate behavior -- even going as far as rape and physical hardship.
Most Venus-Pluto aspects also point to abuse or misuse of power, (financial) blackmail in whatever way and power conflicts.
Venus at 10° Aquarius squares the true Lunar Nodes around January 11, pointing to a low in your relationships (in the widest sense).
This is not the right time to socialize, nor is it the appropriate time to spend money.
Some of you may feel disappointed in a woman while others may face monetary issues.
Mars stations at 8° Gemini around January 12 and will finally move forward.
If you are Aries or have Aries rising, you will rejoice this station as it will slowly bring your life more on track again.
Stationing Mars in Gemini might coincide with increased risks of traffic and/or transportation accidents.
This can be an extremely hectic period with lots and lots of work to accomplish.
Indeed, Mars is the planet of work and when it turns direct again, it's as if work is the only thing that counts.
Also, expect a temporary increase in aggression, hostilities, anger, disputes, traffic and/or transportation accidents or accidents in the streets around the period of the station.
Around January 14-15, Venus at 14° Aquarius squares retrograde Uranus at 14° Taurus, upsetting financial and romantic topics because Uranus is the dispositor of Venus.
Anytime the dispositor of a planet squares the planet itself, it creates a conflict or clash, some disruption, a hurdle etc.
Hence, don't expect relationships to last if you just started one and instead expect a short-lived attraction.
Following astrometeorology, this Venus-Uranus combo may coincide with very cold weather and precipitation (in the northern hemisphere possibly even snow here and there).
Mercury stations and turns direct again at 8° Capricorn around January 18 while the Sun and forceful Pluto meet at 28° Capricorn on the same day.
Geminis and Virgos and Gemini and Virgo Ascendants) will rejoice to see their life getting slowly more organized again.
Because 8° Capricorn is a degree area linked to or related to the motherly principles, chances are some of you may get a message from/about your mother or even meet her.
On a mundane level, Mercury stations often coincide with protests, manifestations and even strikes here and there.
At 8° Capricorn, stationing Mercury may indicate lots of nervous tension and a busy time full of emergencies and sudden events.
The forceful Sun-Pluto conjunction at an ice cold degree suggests a cold atmosphere (literally and figuratively) and following astrometeorology, in the northern hemisphere, snow is a possible outcome.
This is the more so because the Sun enters cold Aquarius around January 20 so that now three bodies are in this sign (the Sun, Venus and Saturn).
If you are Pisces or have Pisces rising, some loved ones may be in trouble and/or there may be a secret affair going on.
Additionally, beware of things going on behind your back and also take care of your health.
Following astrometeorology, a stellium in Aquarius, especially involving Venus and Saturn, increases the odds of snow and/or stormy weather here and there.
It might be overcast, dreary and mostly cloudy as well.
This is even reinforced by the January 21 perigee New Moon.
In our December 2022 forecast, we already mentioned that perigee New Moons during Winter time bring colder weather, at times ice cold weather.
Around January 22, Venus and Saturn conjoin at 24° Aquarius while Uranus stations at 14° Taurus and turns direct again.
The Venus-Saturn conjunction adds to the cold atmosphere (literally or figuratively) but also indicates the formalizing of a bond, the signing of contracts, taking care of a loved one, keeping a distance or facing a detached relationship.
Love, duties and responsibilities go hand in hand around these days.
Beware of financial blockages, monetary shortages and/or issues with money and possessions.
Some of you may have to tighten the belt.
Stationing Uranus almost always coincides with restlessness, sleepless nights, lots of noise and, following astrometeorology, there is an increased chance of stormy weather and/or snow (especially in the northern hemisphere) here and there.
Prepare for tumult, sudden events and changes of course.
The January 28 First Quarter Moon at 8° Taurus is exactly conjunct the true Lunar North Node at the same degree, which actually means that the Sun squares the Lunar Nodes.
This is also called a Moon wobble period that often coincides with extreme weather situations, disasters and highly volatile and unstable situations overall.
Do not get immersed in the current emotional turmoil and keep a distance as a curious spectator.
The Moon and the Lunar North Node are also conjunct the Fixed Star Schedir (also called Schedar) at 8° Taurus, often connected with Royalties and also representing female leadership.
During this month of February there are no specific planetary configurations of stationing outer planets active that might affect some specific birthdays.
Generally speaking, February 3, 6, 8 and 16 are "less lucky" days.
Try not to initiate any major projects on these dark, unfortunate, chaotic and empty days (no proposals, no marriages, no changes of residence,...) because things may not go as planned or wished.
In the 45° dial, there are some powerful midpoint combos between outer planets going on that will be exact this month and that will mark this month's Zeitgeist:
Uranus hits the Jupiter/Neptune midpoint and also hits the Vernal Point (Vp) or 0° in cardinal signs (UR = JU/NE = Vp) early this month
Saturn hits the Neptune/Pluto midpoint (SA = NE/PL) while the Jupiter/Chiron midpoint equals the Neptune/Pluto midpoint as well in the 2nd half of the month (JU/CH = NE/PL)
the Jupiter/Pluto midpoint equals the Uranus/Neptune midpoint in the 2nd half of the month as well (JU/PL = UR/NE)
The UR = JU/NE midpoint, also hitting the Vernal Point (Vp), will affect the whole world in some way as the Vernal Point always represents "the world at large", the planet or earth, the globe.
This planetary picture is indicative of, among others: a worldwide shock experience, the sudden realization of a severe situation or big (global) problem, the worldwide disruption by an unreal situation, the sudden collapse, the numerous bankruptcies, the worldwide big fraud or scandal(s), the water-related issues (floods, inundations,...).
When Saturn hits the Neptune/Pluto midpoint (SA = NE/PL) while the Jupiter/Chiron midpoint equals the Neptune/Pluto midpoint as well in the 2nd half of the month (JU/CH = NE/PL), this might translate to, among others: pessimism, sadness, the tearful event(s), to experience darkness, the huge mental or physical crisis, the grief and torment, the severe illness or tough (mysterious) health issues, a slowly developing situation that leads to seclusion or disappearing or going hidden, the big issues with water (maritime issues, floods, inundations,...).
Following our own research, the JU/CH midpoint often represents a medical doctor so that this planetary picture might be health-related.
Additionally, it may also be linked to secrets, either pointing to secret persons or organizations or activities that might get revealed in the 2nd half of the month.
When different midpoint combinations blend, it's not always easy to really find out in what way they will manifest in reality and we should rather keep an eye on the core principles and meanings of the midpoints.
The Jupiter/Pluto midpoint equaling the Uranus/Neptune midpoint in the 2nd half of the month as well (JU/PL = UR/NE) is indicative of, among others: the enforced isolation, the massive hopelessness, the big losses, the massive flood(s), the numerous casualties or deaths, a big force or forceful event causing widespread death.
The Sun at 15° Aquarius squares Uranus, its own dispositor, at 15° Taurus around February 3, suggesting a very sudden turn of events, a situation that suddenly takes a U-turn, and/or a male person suddenly leaving your world, combined with sadness and a mourning mood.
Almost always, this combo coincides with a shock experience (emotionally or physically, literally or figuratively).
The degree area of 15° Aquarius is always indicative of "the fall of a male person" (which may manifest in either the resignation of a higher-up, or because of death/separation).
The lesson to learn is "letting go", don't stick or cling to someone or something and keep your sovereignty and independence and move on.
Following mundane astrology and astrometeorology, this aspect happens during earthquakes and the like, explosions and/or violence as well.
The February 5 Full Moon period that widely squares Uranus, is marked by unexpected events and/or experiences, especially in matters of love and romance on the one hand and finances on the other side.
Mercury and Pluto conjoin at 28° Capricorn around February 10, just before Mercury leaves Capricorn and enters Aquarius around the same day.
Around these days there is the likelihood of news about a sudden death and/or a profound change related to a relationship.
When Mercury enters Aquarius, it brings something (news, a document or documents, a message) to our attention, indicating there can be breaking news.
Also, there can be sudden changes of opinion or agreements that result in nervous tension.
Following mundane astrology, Mercury in this position reflects emergencies and crisis situations related to traffic, transportation and/or travel/commuting.
Following astrometeorology, beware of stormy weather here and there.
It's interesting to know also that from February 11-12 on, generational and heavy Pluto is at 29° Capricorn, an ending degree, before it enters Aquarius next month.
In this position, Pluto already longs to be in liberating Aquarius but it's still feeling Capricorn's restrictions and authoritarian (patriarchal), steering, influences.
Hence, transformational Pluto feels divided and tense, causing unrest.
The degree area between 29° Capricorn and 0° Aquarius is a highly important one that coincides with huge and totally unexpected U-turns and crisis situations, resulting in such a U-turn (or big reversal of a situation that changes everything).
Because Pluto moves slowly and acts in a forceful way, presenting experiences that have a huge emotional impact, we are entering a very powerful and (emotionally) intense period of (sudden) profound changes that will unfold the coming days, weeks and months.
Hence, it may be related to rebellion, revolts and "revolutions", intense forceful events (man-made ones or natural ones, accidental ones or intentional ones) to regenerate, reverse and renew from the bottom up.
Pluto will transit this degree area the whole 1st half of the year and will return to the Capricorn themes again in the 2nd half of the year.
This may indicate going back and forth between restrictions, patriarchal influences and more liberating and independent ones this and next year.
Pluto in this degree area often coincides with: upsets and revolts (power to the people), issues in or with Monarchies and centralized religions (especially the Vatican) resulting in reforms and even undermining these institutions, a new sexual revolution (female power), more liberating energies (though not without a fight), the introduction of new technologies with a profound impact, parliamentary and social reforms, and generally speaking, the decentralization of many systems.
Also beware of certain fixed convictions that may not always be comfortable for everyone.
Mercury at 15° Aquarius squares Uranus, its own dispositor, at 15° Taurus around February 21, suggesting breaking news, a very sudden turn of events, a situation that suddenly takes a U-turn.
There is a surprising new outlook on some situation.
This degree area of 15° Aquarius is always indicative of "the fall of a male person" (which may manifest in either the resignation of a higher-up, or death/separation).
Prepare for sudden changes of course, changing opinions and traffic or transportation issues (and air crashes as well).
This is a noisy, stressful and nervous combination overall.
Following astrometeorology, there can be a fierce wind here and there.
From February 27 on (and till March 8), Saturn at 29° Aquarius is semi-sextile Pluto at 29° Capricorn.
We mention this aspect because Saturn is the dispositor of Pluto and both are at the same numerical degree in a sign (29°; an ending degree) at the same time so that both bodies will have a powerful influence.
Remember that both Saturn and Pluto were conjunct in Capricorn early 2020?
Both bodies combined together indicate harsh circumstances, hardship, shortages, imposed and/or enforced restrictions, sticking tenaciously to old rules and/or imposing strict regulations, not liking to break the rules, tightening control measures.
Clearly, there are still some remnants that need to be cleared up by bringing up some issues again.
During this month of March there are no specific planetary configurations of stationing outer planets active that might affect some specific birthdays.
Generally speaking, March 13, 14, 15 and 29 are "less lucky" days.
Try not to initiate any major projects on these dark, unfortunate, chaotic and empty days (no proposals, no marriages, no changes of residence,...) because things may not go as planned or wished.
In the 45° dial, there are quite some powerful midpoint combos between outer planets going on that will be exact this month and that will mark this month's Zeitgeist:
In the first half of March, Pluto hits the Jupiter/Uranus midpoint (PL = JU/UR)
Mid March, the Jupiter/Pluto midpoint equals the Pluto/Chiron midpoint (JU/PL = PL/CH), the Jupiter/Neptune midpoint equals the Neptune/Chiron midpoint (JU/NE = NE/CH), the Jupiter/Uranus midpoint hits the Uranus/Chiron midpoint (JU/UR = UR/CH), and last but not least, the Jupiter/Saturn midpoint hits both the Uranus/Pluto and the Saturn/Chiron midpoints (JU/SA = UR/PL = SA/CH).
In the second half of the month, Neptune equals the Jupiter/Saturn midpoint (NE = JU/SA)
What does this all mean now?
The PL = JU/UR midpoint that is exact early March, is indicative of, among others: unexpected and profound financial changes (for good or ill), the big publicity or revelation, the freedom-loving drive.
Mid March, the JU/PL = PL/CH midpoint suggests, among others: the forceful event resulting in many casualties, to fanatically pursue a goal or plan, to push through plutocracy, the great success story.
The JU/NE = NE/CH midpoint, on the other hand, is indicative of, among others: big issues related with water (lots of precipitation, floods, inundations, maritime issues etc.) (this one is almost a given), the big scandal or fraud, the unrealistic hopes and expectations, the huge "art of deception."
The JU/UR = UR/CH midpoint suggests, among others: the unexpected windfall(s), the big discovery or revelation or novelty, the sudden relief of tension, the breakthrough.
The JU/SA = UR/PL = SA/CH planetary picture shows, among others: the huge damage to buildings, the material losses, the (material) destruction, the huge changes causing dissatisfaction, the reality check after a big storm or disaster or revolt or violent experience.
In the second half of the month, the NE = JU/SA midpoint is indicative of, among others: dissatisfaction, the lost hope, the damage to buildings because of gas or water or violent forces, the health issues or epidemic, the loneliness, to not see progress, to lose hope.
Aside of these powerful midpoints between outer planets, the month of March will be affected by the square between the Lunar North Node at 6° Taurus and the Black Moon (Lilith, not the asteroid but the furthest point of the Moon’s orbit around the earth) at 6° Leo.
Anytime the Lunar Nodes and the Black Moon are in an exact aspect (especially a conjunction or a square) or at the same numerical degree in a sign, they seem to affect a (large) group of people because of some (man-made or natural) disaster(s), violence or dire and painful situation(s).
So, it looks like the month of March will (like most months of March in the past) present some uncomfortable and inconvenient surprises and turmoil that will affect many people.
The day after, around March 2, Venus meets Jupiter at 12° Aries while Mercury and Saturn meet at 29° Aquarius, right before Mercury enters Pisces on the same day.
You are able to take a great decision and some of you may even propose while others may enjoy a party or a gathering.
Others may be stuck in a triangular relationship though and/or want to break up.
This may be a noisy day as well.
Beware of overdoing, exaggeration and intoxication.
Around the March 7 Full Moon at 16° Virgo, Saturn of limits and restrictions enters Pisces, the fluid zodiac sign lacking boundaries.
Organized and structured Saturn does not feel too well in this chaotic and unstructured zodiac sign and it actually indicates dissolving restrictions, structures, boundaries, walls, rules and regulations, among others.
Indeed, Saturn rules bricks and concrete structures, fences, walls, dams, the outer skin of whatever product (our body, the planet, material goods etc.), masks and in the water sign Pisces, Saturn points to an increased risk of floods, inundations and decay because of water-related issues.
Saturn in Pisces literally represents structures and debris in water.
This planetary position may also give the impression that lawlessness occurs and/or that laws or regulations are slowly fading out, dissipate -- resulting in a more disorderly and fluid environment.
Because 0° Pisces too is not only a degree of lots of precipitation (and water-related issues) but also of dissolving, so that lots of things might be dissolving and vanishing in many ways.
So, it's not only about the floods and/or inundations here and there but also about people, objects or products "disappearing" more and more.
Also, this degree area suggests bankruptcies (being part of structures dissolving), chronic health issues, disobedience, dissatisfaction and a lack of resources.
When Saturn changes signs and enters Pisces, there can be a depressed mood, lots of uncertainty about the future and suffering as well.
Pisces as such reflects sorrow, health issues (especially pertaining to the immune system), solitude, withdrawal, resignation, lacking boundaries but it's also a very compassionate sign.
Saturn's dispositor (Neptune) too is found in Pisces, reinforcing dissolving traits, suffering, dissatisfaction but also annoying health issues.
The Full Moon suggests gaining full awareness (all Full Moons bring "Light") and exposure alike as this Moon phase at the same time hits a very public degree, a degree of revelations, making something known or public, getting "the" news out, etc.
Mars at 25° Gemini squares Neptune at 25° Pisces around March 14-15.
This waxing square, in which Neptune is the stronger of the two (because it's still in its own sign), suggests, among others: secret activities, lacking zest, trying to get through some exhausting work, not being able to fight through, feeling hopeless and/or giving up.
Also, some health issues may pop up (like infections).
The Sun and Neptune meet at 25° Pisces around the same period of March 15-16, adding to the possible loss of life, health issues and an unstable period mid March.
Some relationships are dissolving.
Indeed, mid March tends to become intense because of a bunch of additional aspects that happen around March 16: Mercury and Neptune are conjunct at 25° Pisces as well, the Sun at the same degree squares Mars at 25° Gemini, Venus at 29° Aries squares Pluto at 29° Capricorn before she enters Taurus on the same day.
The diligent reader may notice that the Sun, Mercury, Mars and Neptune are all intertwined mid March, suggesting a period of, among others: harsh speeches, insults, moments of huge anger, the survival mode, to have flu-like symptoms or to have an infection, to be under hypnosis and/or narcotics, to feel weak, to try to fight, to go with imagination, to lack objectivity, to experience confusion, the unfulfilled plans, the secret or undercover plans/activities, theft, betrayal, something is dissolving.
Following astrometeorology, mid March may present mist or foggy patterns here and there.
The waxing Venus-Pluto square at ending degrees is very forceful and may indicate the death of a loved one.
Beware of (financial) blackmail as well.
This aspect often coincides with financial turmoil, the more so because Venus now also enters Taurus, the sign of money, possessions and movable products.
This aspect and ingress may mark an existential (material) crisis for some of you.
However, in matters of love and romance, Venus entering Taurus often indicates a highly sensual period too so that love-making might be on the agenda for a lot of you.
Just beware of the intensity of this aspect.
If you are a pregnant woman, take especially care of your health.
Around March 17, Mercury 26° Pisces squares Mars at 26° Gemini while the Sun and Mercury conjoin so that it's wise to mind your words.
Don't be too decisive, sharp and/or fast in communicating as this is a very combative aspect with Mercury being in the sign of its detriment.
Moreover, Mercury is the dispositor of Mars (because Mercury rules Gemini, the sign Mars is in) and when it's in the sign of its detriment, it lacks direction, is confused and faces chaos.
Following mundane astrology, beware of traffic and/or transportation accidents, physical injuries (hands, arms, lungs) and don't drive too fast or under influence.
Mid March seems to be a very chaotic period of poison, gas, narcotics, drugs, infection(s) which may have an annoying impact on some people.
Mercury enters Aries around March 19 and wants to do some profound investigation and research.
There are some severe issues that need to be resolved.
Following mundane astrology, there can be a crash, some act(s) of violence and a tense situation unfolding.
The day after, around the March 20-21 perigee New Moon, the Sun enters Aries.
Action has to be taken and this New Moon phase indicates a lot of hurdles to be overcome.
Following astrometeorology, perigee New Moons tend to coincide with cooler (even cold) weather here and there.
Slow-moving and generational Pluto enters Aquarius around the same day of March 23, marking the start of a new era.
At 0° Aquarius, a degree of crises, emergencies, sudden BIG U-turns, profound shocks, etc., this ingress is a real game changer.
Anytime Pluto entered liberating and freedom-loving Aquarius in the past, it resulted in the following events and/or experiences:
it had a huge impact on the Vatican (and centralized religions in a wider sense)
it resulted in reshaping and dissolving (centralized) monarchies
it changed the way of governing
it resulted in a new sexual revolution (liberating women, among others)
it resulted in revolutionary new technologies/inventions/discoveries
it resulted in uproar, revolts, revolutions
It will take 20+ years for Pluto to travel through this air sign and will most likely coincide with some inconvenient and disruptive events, especially this year and the coming 2+ years because Pluto will stay around this degree area of crises and shocks that long.
Aquarius is a very humanitarian, decentralized, detached, gender neutral, non-religious, cerebral (or mental) sign.
Hence, Pluto in Aquarius will bring back again power (Pluto) to the people as a whole, as a group (Aquarius).
Now that forceful and generational Pluto, which always brings about forceful events with a huge emotional impact, stays at 0° Aquarius for some time, we expect (a) severe crisis situation(s) that turn(s) everything upside down (once more) from this month on and for the next months to come.
It's likely to be heavy because, when Pluto remains at these critical degrees for some time, it suggests there is a "karmic" connection (meaning that things need to balance out).
Aquarius cannot stand hierarchy and centralized (patriarchal) power and in the coming years, this will start to become more noticeable when Pluto moves on in Aquarius, enforcing equality, fraternity and more humanitarian interests.
Understand that everything that now is still centralized (like power structures, energy, money, intelligence, governments, social media etc...) will NOT survive this heavy transit in the end.
Hence, monarchies that are basically a blend of centralized Leo and authoritarian Capricorn energies, will start to crumble more and more and eventually disappear further down the road!
The same is true for religions that are based upon centralized power (like the Vatican, among others): in the end, they will NOT survive this powerful transit (note that transiting Pluto will also square the IC-MC axis in the current Pope's natal chart).
If you have to make choices now already, try to go and opt for decentralized things (social media, money, food, energy, communication,...).
Pluto in Aquarius will bring us "back" to the future with sustainable and natural high-tech solutions, cars and transportation without wheels (because Aquarius is an air sign; lifting everything up in the air), zero-point energy and what else.
However, beware of what can be distributed through air (drones, planes etc.) also, like poisonous or toxic stuff.
So, there still is a catch and every coin has two sides so that it won't be all rose scent and moonshine.
Because Pluto is connected to dark forces, the underworld, emotional trauma and burdens, the entrance of Pluto in Aquarius, the sign of the awakener and light-bringer, raises the odds that mental issues will start to surface more and more also the coming months and years.
This is the more so because the 29° Capricorn - 0° Aquarius degree area is also linked to mental breakdowns and psychological problems.
We expect the entrance of Pluto in Aquarius to bring such events to the foreground so that it will be necessary for the coming months and years to be very vigilant, stay firm and keep an eye on your mental health while everything turns upside down and gets more and more turbulent and disruptive.
Cognitive dissonance may play a role, but also some fanatical mental convictions that are not always right.
Focus on the liberating and freedom-loving traits (which may not be easy for those of you having predominant Capricorn traits who need strict rules and regulations to follow almost blindly).
Mars enters emotional Cancer around March 25 and finally leaves Gemini after a super long stay of more than half a year.
In Cancer, the sign of the care-taker and the domestic area, pushy and impulsive Mars does not feel that well because it's in the sign of its fall.
Cancer is too sensitive to handle the primal and sharp impulses of Mars.
This can be a very patriotic position for Mars to be in, defending its own land, property and domestic area.
In this water sign, Mars may be easily angered and face lots of mood swings.
Some of you may enter a new phase or milestone in life too by changing the residence, changing jobs or careers, getting pregnant or giving birth etc.
There can be work to do at home, home decoration or some renovations going on.
Around March 28, Mercury and Jupiter conjoin at 18° Aries, suggesting a fairly calm day, with lots of talks though and handling or processing lots of documents and/or information.
Beware of exaggerating when discussing.
Travel or (short) trips may be on the agenda too.
Venus and Uranus meet at 16° Taurus around March 30, suggesting some great news, a beautiful message, the delivery of a parcel, love at first sight, enjoying a gathering and some nice encounters or a financial windfall.
During this month of April there are no specific planetary configurations of stationing outer planets active that might affect some specific birthdays.
Generally speaking, April 19 is a "less lucky" day.
Try not to initiate any major projects on this dark, unfortunate, chaotic and empty day (no proposals, no marriages, no changes of residence,...) because things may not go as planned or wished.
In the 45° dial, there are the following powerful midpoint combos between outer planets going on that will be exact in the middle of this month and that will mark this month's Zeitgeist: Pluto hits the Saturn/Neptune midpoint (PL = SA/NE) and Jupiter equals the Uranus/Neptune midpoint (JU = UR/NE).
The PL = SA/NE midpoint is indicative of, among others: not being able to unfold, to be stuck, to see no progress, the stalemate situation, the chronic illness, the dark and sad period, the persisting decay and/or decadence, the rejection of responsibilities, to feel depressed and downtrodden.
The JU = UR/NE midpoint, on the other hand, suggests, among others: the huge precipitation, the floods or inundations or maritime or water-related issues, to be inspired by metaphysics.
Mercury enters Taurus while squaring Pluto around April 3, suggesting quite some information or news to digest and process.
There is vexation, annoyance around and this waxing square often indicates stubborn fanaticism, a suspicious mind, a single-minded obstinate point of view, fierce debates and criticism about existential topics and investigative journalism.
There is now a stellium in the fixed earth sign Taurus (meaning there are at least 3 planets in this zodiac sign: Mercury, Venus, Uranus and the Lunar North Node).
Following mundane astrology, a stellium in earth signs often coincides with earth-related disasters like earthquakes, earth-slides, mining disasters etc. but also with financial issues and material crises.
Your (physical or material) comfort zone may be challenged.
The Solar Eclipse at 29° Aries around the same day of April 20 suggests a period of an existential crisis and trying to keep your head above the water.
Following the keen astrologer Bernadette Brady, this Solar Eclipse is part of the 7 North Saros Series, which is told to be a very sensual family of eclipses, ranging from sudden sexual passions and lust to birth and procreative drives.
Additionally, this series is not subtle, she says, and can catch people off guard and confront them with their own very deep passion which may have been hidden for many years.
Because the Sun (and thus this Eclipse too) squares intense Pluto, the coming months may prove to become very intense and passionate (for good or ill) in many ways.
Pluto is still at 0° Aquarius, a powerful degree of U-turns, big crisis situations etc. (we delineated this position in more detail in the March forecasts).
Following mundane astrology and astrometeorology, a stellium in earth signs during a Solar Eclipse that also squares Pluto at a so-called "critical degree" often coincides with earthquakes and other earth-related disasters or issues.
This Solar Eclipse might also be related to the banking world and might challenge physical and/or material comfort zones here and there.
Because the Sun has entered Taurus today too, there is again a stellium in the fixed earth sign Taurus (the Sun, Mercury, Uranus and the Lunar North Node are in Taurus), focusing (again) on possessions, income, money, purchases, bills...
If you are Gemini or have Gemini rising, this stellium in your 12th (solar) house, indicates some financial issues and/or concerns, as well as possible health issues.
People may work behind your back and/or late April may become a treacherous period in some way.
The day after, around April 21, Mercury stations at 15° Taurus and turns backward.
At this so called "critical degree", stationing Mercury experiences a material, financial crisis.
There can be news about financial expenses and/or losses and/or information or documents (bills also) about money, possessions, physical products etc.
Issues about belonging to some group or a herd may arise now too and some of you may question whom they really "belong" to.
Issues about possessions and material goods may be on the agenda.
Especially Geminis and Virgos (as well as people having Gemini and Virgo rising in their natal horoscope) are affected by the stations of their sign ruler Mercury.
Things may not work out as wished and some of you may feel below par or even a bit ill.
Don't sign any contracts and take no important decisions just now.
Following mundane astrology, the period during which Mercury stations often coincides with strikes, protests and/or manifestations.
Following astrometeorology, when Mercury stations during a Solar Eclipse, it increases the odds of extreme weather conditions, creating havoc here and there.
Also, because Mercury is about communication and transportation (travel, traffic etc.), chances are the current period might bring some communication or transportation issues, hiccups, outages, accidents etc.
The April 27 First Quarter Moon at 7° Leo indicates fast relationship break-ups (often after a short but intense encounter), a heavy mood, encountering friends or acquaintances from the past, a very short-lived and/or intense fatal attraction, dying love...
During this month of May there are no specific planetary configurations of stationing outer planets active that might affect some specific birthdays.
Generally speaking, May 3, 10, 22 and 25 are "less lucky" days.
Try not to initiate any major projects on these dark, unfortunate, chaotic and empty days (no proposals, no marriages, no changes of residence,...) because things may not go as planned or wished.
In the 45° dial, there are the following powerful midpoint combos between outer planets going on that will be exact this month and that will mark this month's Zeitgeist: Neptune hits the Saturn/Chiron midpoint (NE = SA/CH), the Jupiter/Neptune midpoint equals the Saturn/Uranus midpoint (JU/NE = SA/UR), the Jupiter/Neptune midpoint hits the Neptune/Pluto midpoint (JU/NE = NE/PL), the Jupiter/Saturn midpoint equals the Saturn/Pluto midpoint, and Jupiter equals the Saturn/Neptune midpoint (JU = SA/NE).
Let's take a look now what these planetary pictures tell about this month's Zeitgeist.
The NE = SA/CH midpoint that is specifically active in the 1st half of May, is indicative of, among others: the painful and harsh realities, the chronic health situation, not being able to fly high, the sadness, the painful physical injuries, to feel miserable.
The JU/NE = SA/UR midpoint that is also predominantly active in the 1st half of May, suggests, among others: the disruptive storm or floods or inundations, the massive breaches of law, the shocking scandal(s) or fraud.
The JU/NE = NE/PL midpoint that is predominantly active the whole month but exact around May 18, suggests, among others: the uncovering of big corruption or fraud or scandal(s), the huge water-related issues because of floods or inundations, the heavy rain or precipitation.
The JU/SA = SA/PL midpoint that is predominantly active the whole month but exact around May 18, suggests, among others: the damage to buildings, houses and/or tall concrete structures (like a tall apartment).
The JU = SA/NE midpoint that is predominantly active around May 25, suggests, among others: the big storm(s), tons of precipitation, the financial issues or shortages, to be dissatisfied, to feel a lack of something, to be upset about the ways of the world, losing the will to fight.
This month also, Neptune reaches the last three degrees in the sign Pisces.
Anytime a planet transits the last three degrees of a zodiac sign, it starts to manifest some of the traits and characteristics of the next sign (in this case Aries).
This suggests we are very slowly entering a more active period of time during which ideals are being fought for and plans are being carried out.
However, the last three degrees of Pisces are also known as "drowning degrees" (literally and figuratively: through water, work or other situations and experiences).
Hence, on a mundane level, we are also entering a period of time that may coincide with lots of water-related issues, maritime issues, floods and inundations, among others.
Additionally, the last Pisces degrees are highly unstable degrees that often coincide with mental confusion, and also so-called mental illnesses, reflecting a Zeitgeist of mental confusion and emotional vulnerability.
The mental confusion and so-called mental derailments are even reinforced by Pluto's lingering position and the powerful station at 0° Aquarius which happens around May 1.
Pluto turns backward then and is ready to leave upsetting, revolutionary, revolting and liberating Aquarius in June to return to more strict, corporate and governmental Capricorn for the rest of this year 2023.
Pluto will go back and forth between old, structured, conservative themes on the one hand and the "new", more scattered, liberating, futuristic traits on the other side this and next year.
So, it will be a bit difficult to focus with such a heavy transit at the cusp of both zodiac signs.
Power to the people will likely and "gently" be suppressed once more, until Pluto enters Aquarius again late 2024.
Pluto stations often coincide with earthquakes and the likelihood of events causing many deaths as Pluto represents the concept of death/rebirth and intense and profound transformations, reversals.
If you are Scorpio or have Scorpio rising, you will feel its station more profoundly and may not feel too well.
You may notice things don't work out as you wish for.
Stationing Pluto is still at the degree of a HUGE U-turn, emergencies, so that this intense and highly charged transit is extremely powerful and will manifest in shocking ways (often literally, unfortunately).
When going backward, investigative Pluto is going yet deeper into the rabbit hole and going to gather more information.
Retrograde Pluto is told to become more secretive too.
Following astrometeorology, stationing Pluto in the air sign Aquarius becomes extremely forceful and intense and thus often coincides with heavy wind, storms, tornadoes, typhoons etc.
Expect more wind and cooler temps here and there the coming days and weeks.
Following mundane astrology, stationing Pluto increases the risk of violence, the more so when the station happens at the critical degree of 0° Aquarius of emergencies.
Around May 5 the Lunar Eclipse at 14° Scorpio widely opposes Uranus and suggests material damage and material losses, for whatever reason.
Uranus can be upsetting and disruptive, creating sudden events, but the degree area coincides with protests, manifestations as well as violence.
This is a turbulent Lunar Eclipse, especially affecting existential needs and comfort so that possessions, material goods will be part of the problems.
Following astrometeorology, lots of precipitation and/or water-related issues are possible here and there.
Venus enters home-loving Cancer around May 7, suggesting it's time for home renovations and improvements.
Because Venus at 0° Cancer of the home, the motherly principle of caring is now also inconjunct Pluto, chances are there will be the death of a loved one.
Venus-Pluto aspects also coincide with (financial) blackmail, issues about debt/loans (and other shared resources) and income.
Following astrometeorology, beware of stormy weather here and there.
The Sun and Uranus meet at 18° Taurus around May 9, presenting some unexpected situations (for good or ill).
Around May 14-15, Mercury stations at 5° Taurus and turns direct again.
As usual, stationing Mercury affects Geminis and Virgos on the one hand and Virgo and Gemini Ascendants on the other hand foremost.
Their life is slowly back on track again and things may start to go as planned again.
Taking decisions becomes easier.
Following mundane astrology, stationing Mercury periods often coincide with protests, manifestations and/or strikes.
Jupiter enters possessive and materialistic Taurus around May 16 in which it feels quite good.
Realize that Uranus too is in Taurus, which is important because both planets will meet eventually and bring forth progress, especially in a material or physical way, to add to our comfort in whatever way and/or to bring relief.
Both planets in Taurus will bring great and even big innovations when the time is right, as well as relief in whatever situation you are, especially on a material level.
Indeed, in the fixed earth sign Taurus, Jupiter is not focusing on spiritual and conceptual things but instead sticks to material and practical things that help us in a tangible and down-to-earth material way.
Following mundane astrology, Jupiter entering monetary and material Taurus tends to exaggerate and expand the financial situation.
It might be an indication of financial optimism, but also of buying lots of goods and spending too much.
When Jupiter and Uranus meet later on, expect groundbreaking innovations anyway that will present milestones.
Around the same day of May 17-18, Jupiter at 0° Taurus squares (still) stationing Pluto at 0° Aquarius, presenting an existential crisis for some of you and disrupting the comfort zone.
Some of you may strive to safeguard what you have, your possessions, or what's left of it.
The Jupiter-Pluto square, both at so-called critical degrees, can be forceful and violent, the more so because Jupiter exaggerates, expands, increases Pluto's forceful activities and intentions.
Following mundane astrology, Jupiter-Pluto aspects, especially at critical degrees, may turn out violently and result in many casualties either because of natural disasters like earthquakes or because of human meddling.
Mars at 3° Leo squares the true Lunar Nodes around May 26, presenting a violent period.
Readers of our monthly forecasts know that all Mars-Lunar Nodes aspects coincide with violence, affecting groups of people, injuring many and even causing lots of casualties.
All Mars-Lunar Node aspects present a "bloody" period in some way.
The May 26-27 First Quarter Moon at 6° Virgo widely opposes blocking Saturn.
Clearly, late May might bring challenges, delays, separation, relationship break-ups and sadness as well.
However, in case the separation is related to a change of residence or career or job, it's likely to be a change for the better.
This Moon phase reflects a period of obligations and duties, with people (families) coming together and gathering, at times in kind of an enforced way (because of social integration or emotional commitments).
The Sun at 6° Gemini squares Saturn at 6° Pisces around May 28, still reflecting separations.
During this month of June there are the following specific planetary configurations of stationing outer planets that might affect some specific birthdays in particular:
Generally speaking, June 17 and 30 are "less lucky" days.
Try not to initiate any major projects on these dark, unfortunate, chaotic and empty days (no proposals, no marriages, no changes of residence,...) because things may not go as planned or wished.
In the 45° dial, there are the following powerful midpoint combos between outer planets going on that will be exact this month and that will mark this month's Zeitgeist: Uranus hits the Jupiter/Saturn midpoint (UR = JU/SA), the Jupiter/Pluto midpoint equals the Saturn/Neptune midpoint (JU/PL = SA/NE), Neptune hits the Jupiter/Uranus midpoint (NE = JU/UR), the Saturn/Uranus midpoint equals the Neptune/Pluto midpoint (SA/UR = NE/PL), and the Uranus/Neptune midpoint equals the Pluto/Chiron midpoint (UR/NE = PL/CH).
Let's take a look now what these planetary pictures tell about this month's Zeitgeist.
The UR = JU/SA midpoint suggests, among others: the damage to buildings, engine trouble, tons of stress and irritation, a very sudden collapse, an unexpected change of course, the change of residence or career, to need more independence, the terrible upsets with the status of things, to pursue more leisurely and personal activities, the sudden changes abruptly influencing your lifestyle.
The JU/PL = SA/NE planetary picture on the other hand suggests, among others: power to the poor, the political changes going towards communism/socialism, to lose it all.
The NE = JU/UR midpoint indicates, among others: to enjoy music or concerts, to be disappointed, to be stoned or intoxicated, not taking into account reality in the pursuit of your dreams, visualizing new ideas or products to make this world a better place, the delusion about improving life through constant modernization, to become inspired and/or gain added awareness.
The SA/UR = NE/PL combination is more difficult to delineate but, among others, it might coincide with the following events or traits: to obstruct betrayal, the tension and stress caused by secret societies, to block or oppose drugs or medication or chemicals etc., to be jailed.
Following astrometeorological principles, this midpoint structure might indicate (thunder) storm combined with lots of rain.
The UR/NE = PL/CH planetary combination that is exact around June 30, but might work out the whole month and in July as well, is indicative of, among others: the internet outages, websites being down worldwide (this is almost a given).
There is a huge uncertainty about how the future will develop.
Following astrometeorology, most of these midpoint combos also coincide with lots of rain, water-related issues, inundations, floods, maritime disasters etc.
Let's also repeat what we mentioned in our previous monthly forecast, Neptune remains at the last three degrees in the sign Pisces.
We repeat that anytime a planet transits the last three degrees of a zodiac sign, it starts to manifest some of the traits and characteristics of the next sign (in this case Aries).
Around June 1-2, Jupiter and the true Lunar North Node meet at 3° Taurus (the mean Lunar Node was already exactly conjunct Jupiter at 2° Taurus around May 27).
Financially speaking, this combination might increase the cash flow (for good or ill).
This conjunction tends to increase (material and/or financial) confidence and the belief that everything is okay.
Because the degree area is a sociable one, this aspect increases the odds of enjoyable social gatherings, celebrations, with (large) groups of people getting together.
Mercury and Uranus conjoin at 20° Taurus around the June 4 Full Moon, suggesting a noisy period with sudden changes of course, changing opinions or ideas and breaking news.
You may be surprised to hear some people getting together and bond, while others may be under pressure or force to get out of their comfort zone.
Some of you may be forced to leave or quit the place and/or travel, despite (initial) resistance.
There can be disagreements and/or disputes going on and not all meetings will be peaceful.
Following astrometeorology, beware of strong wind and/or stormy weather here and there.
Around June 5, Venus enters playful Leo and opposes Pluto.
This can be a very fertile combo, resulting in pregnancies.
However, for some of you, it might indicate a (mental and/or emotional) crisis situation, resulting in divorce or separation from a loved one.
In other words, this period may bring some of you out of balance.
Beware of (financial) blackmail also.
Venus and Mars are now both in fiery Leo, triggering the love life of all fire signs (especially Leo, of course, but also Aries and Sagittarius) as well as those of you having Aquarius rising (on the Ascendant).
These passionate influences will last till mid July 2023, so, do enjoy.
Around June 11, retrograde Pluto re-enters corporate and strict Capricorn while Mercury enters Gemini and Venus at 5° Leo squares Jupiter at 5° Taurus.
Retrograde Pluto in Capricorn ignites more authoritarian and forceful influences again and focuses on restrictions, limitations, boundaries, governments, the corporate and banking world.
These influences will slowly increase again so that censorship is likely to continue (or increase) and freedom-loving actions will be suppressed yet more from now on.
Pluto is now square the position of the April 20 Solar Eclipse that happened at 29° Aries.
This denotes that Pluto may revive some of the Eclipse's influences till Pluto leaves the degree area of 29° Capricorn on July 28, 2023.
Because Pluto is not a trigger "planet", other planets at 29° in a sign in the weeks to come will certainly trigger Pluto's intensity.
The entrance of Mercury in the most unstable sign of the zodiac (Gemini) is indicative of lots of travel, changes of the place, feeling nowhere at home, changing the residence, and it marks an unstable and nervous period.
Beware of theft or being misled but also expect some news from siblings or neighbors.
The waxing Venus-Jupiter square reinforces these unstable trends and changes, making some of you feel more insecure.
You feel pressed between the old and the new and seem not yet to be able to get settled.
Beware of expenses and/or financial losses and don't exaggerate too much.
Now that Mercury has left Taurus, there no longer is a stellium in Taurus so that the lives of Geminis (or those of you having Gemini rising) will be less treacherous.
However, still beware of people working behind your back or things going on in secret or behind closed doors.
It's also possible for some of you Geminis or Gemini rising, the partner will be ill or someone being hospitalized.
Mercury at 7° Gemini squares Saturn at 7° Pisces around June 15.
This waxing square suggests dissatisfaction, restlessness, mental and nervous tension, pessimism, feeling down a bit, unfulfilled longings and plans.
Some of you may feel confused and you should beware of fake news and/or false information.
Following astrometeorology, it might be overcast or cloudy here and there.
Saturn stations at 7° Pisces around June 17 and starts to go backward.
Stationing Saturn often coincides with something or someone tumbling down (literally or figuratively), falling from a height, and/or facing some restrictions or blockages (from whatever kind).
Following astrometeorology, it may be overcast, cloudy and cooler weather here and there.
Some of you may feel quite tired, especially if you are Capricorn or have Capricorn rising.
Capricorns and those of you having Capricorn rising may not feel too well and things may not go as wished for.
Some of you may feel down a bit too.
Try to rest or get enough sleep anyway.
Around the June 18 New Moon, the Sun at 27° Gemini squares Neptune at 27° Pisces, pointing to issues about poisons, poisoning and toxic stuff, intoxication, allergies and being sensitive physically to some products you should rather avoid.
Beware of infections as well.
Some of you may feel very weak and it seems this period is about lacking zest overall.
The Sun enters home- and family-minded Cancer around June 21.
Mercury at 27° Gemini squares Neptune at 27° Pisces around June 25.
With both planets in their own sign, this waxing square presents confusion, inattention, miscommunication and errors being made.
Information or documents can be unreliable or redacted, questioning the validity.
Following astrometeorology, there can be local fog here and there.
Around the June 26 First Quarter Moon, Mars at 21° Leo squares Uranus at 21° Taurus while Mercury enters domestic Cancer.
Any Mars-Uranus aspect reflects issues about anger so that this aspect signifies an increased risk of violence, accidents etc. causing physical injuries.
The Mars-Uranus square is waxing and thus provocative and quite destructive, causing damage (on a material or physical level).
When Mercury, the messenger, enters domestic and maternal Cancer, it often coincides with getting in contact with the mother or getting news from the mother and/or visiting the mother.
For some of you, the entrance of Mercury in Cancer will mark a move, a change of residence though.
Neptune stations around June 30 at 27° Pisces and goes retrograde.
If you are Pisces or have Pisces rising, your life may feel stuck a bit and things may not go as wished for.
You may feel below par or lack zest.
Retrograde Neptune is much more realistic, less dreamy and illusive but because of the station, beware of deceptions, big disappointments and confusion just around this period.
Don't expect too much and keep grounded.
Some of you may feel particularly tired around the station, so try to get enough rest and/or sleep.
Retrograde Neptune is told to bring more artistic and creative insight and abilities though.
Following astrometeorology, stationing Neptune often coincides with lots of rainfall or precipitation here and there.
During this month of July there are the following specific planetary configurations of stationing outer planets that might affect some specific birthdays in particular:
Generally speaking, July, 19, 22 and 28 are "less lucky" days.
Try not to initiate any major projects on these dark, unfortunate, chaotic and empty days (no proposals, no marriages, no changes of residence,...) because things may not go as planned or wished.
In the 45° dial, there are the following powerful midpoint combos between outer planets going on that will be exact this month and that will mark this month's Zeitgeist: Pluto hits the Jupiter/Chiron midpoint (PL = JU/CH), the Jupiter/Saturn midpoint equals the Neptune/Chiron midpoint (JU/SA = NE/CH), the Jupiter/Uranus midpoint hits the Saturn/Pluto midpoint (JU/UR = SA/PL) and the Jupiter/Chiron midpoint equals the Saturn/Neptune midpoint (JU/CH = SA/NE).
Let's take a look now what these planetary pictures tell about this month's Zeitgeist.
The PL = JU/CH midpoint suggests, among others: the fortunate breakthrough(s) and/or developments, the big opportunity or windfall(s), the blast or big explosion.
On a personal level, this midpoint can work out very well and bring successes, luck in whatever way, the more so if you are born around January 19-20, March 5, April 19-20, June 5, July 22, September 7, October 23 or December 6-7.
The JU/SA = NE/CH planetary picture on the other hand suggests, among others: the damage to buildings or homes, the inundation or water-related issue(s), the raging fire in a building.
The JU/UR = SA/PL midpoint indicates, among others: the destruction of a concrete building or structure, the discovery of a concrete or tall structure, the big scientific discovery.
The JU/CH = SA/NE combination suggests, among others: the medical doctor or doctors (the JU/CH midpoint) and health issues (the SA/NE midpoint), the political changes, the breakthrough of socialism/communism.
The UR/NE = PL/CH planetary combination that is exact around June 30, but might work out the whole month and in July as well, is indicative of, among others: the internet outages, websites being down worldwide (this is almost a given).
There is a huge uncertainty about how the future will develop.
Following astrometeorology, some of these midpoint combos coincide with lots of rain, water-related issues, inundations, floods, maritime disasters etc.
Let's also recall what we mentioned in our previous monthly forecasts about Neptune remaining at the last three degrees in the sign Pisces.
So, don't forget these influences that will continue to prevail still.
Venus at 21° Leo squares Uranus at 21° Taurus around the July 3 Full Moon, suggesting a pleasant surprise.
On a personal level, this Full Moon period that widely trines Jupiter, may bring some great events or experiences, especially for earth signs (Taurus, Virgo or Capricorn).
However, on a mundane level, the Venus-Uranus square may present a sudden disruption, even shock experience here and there.
Both planets together present a 'side-leap' experience that may be life-changing or existential.
Some of you will not be able to do something or go to work, for example and for some of you there might be a mandatory change of the place or you might be obliged to take a trip.
In some cases, internet outages are likely too, as well as the breaking down of electrical or electronic devices.
Following mundane astrology, traffic accidents or issues with traffic may be expected here and there.
Around the July 10 Last Quarter Moon at 17° Aries, Mars enters cooling Virgo while Mercury at 29° Cancer opposes Pluto at 29° Capricorn.
Indeed, following astrometeorology, Mars in the earth sign Virgo is likely to bring cooler weather.
Virgo is very analytical and demands precise and meticulous work.
The focus is on being of service, getting to work and do it diligently.
The Mercury-Pluto opposition at an ending degree suggest investigating some documents or information.
Following astrometeorology, this opposition aspect often coincides with heavy storm here or there, the more so when the planets involved are at such unstable ending degrees that are told to create very chaotic domestic situations and even fear or panic as well.
Often, this aspect indicates mental turmoil and/or an emotional crisis situation.
Following mundane astrology, collapses of structures, buildings etc. are possible, as well as power outages.
Mercury at 11° Leo squares Jupiter at 11° Taurus around the July 17 New Moon at 24° Cancer while the true Lunar North Node enters Aries in its backward motion (the mean Lunar North Node already entered Aries on July 12).
This means that, while the mean Lunar North Node has been squaring Pluto at the ending degree of 29° in a sign since July 12, the true Lunar Nodes will now do the same and start to square Pluto for the coming weeks.
Whenever the Lunar Nodes and Pluto are in aspect, they almost always coincide with big mass events, events affecting a large group of people in a karmic way (both Pluto and the Lunar Nodes have a 'fated' or karmic quality).
Mass casualties cannot be ruled out following mundane astrology.
This is the more so because both Pluto and the true Lunar Nodes hit the same degree in a sign as the April 20, 2023 Solar Eclipse which happened at 29° Aries.
Pluto and the Lunar nodes will thus trigger the Solar Eclipse the whole month long too.
When the Lunar North Node goes from Taurus to Aries, the group consciousness will shift from issues and crises about values, comfort, possessions and money (Taurus) to issues and crises about independent actions and activities, existential threats, relationships (in the widest sense) and finding personal balance.
Expect a more active period of time during which ideals are being fought for and plans are being carried out.
The waxing Mercury-Jupiter square is very talkative but can be arrogant also, especially when in fixed (stubborn) signs.
Ballooning speeches, indiscretion, tendentious information and messages can be on the agenda.
Mars at 6° Virgo opposes Saturn at 6° Pisces around July 20, suggesting no, or a lack of, work, activities or actions being blocked and/or not being able to do what you want.
Around the same day of July 21-22, the Sun at 29° Cancer opposes Pluto at 29° Capricorn while squaring the true Lunar Nodes.
This period is also called a Moon wobble period during which emotions may run high and chaotic experiences arise (especially in the domestic area).
Actually, the whole month of July is impacted by this Moon wobble.
Following mundane astrology, this period often coincides with (tragic) separations, deaths because of natural or man-made disasters, accidents, catastrophes and/or violence.
Following astrometeorology, a Moon wobble period coincides with wilder weather patterns.
Venus stations and turns backward at 28° Leo while the Sun enters Leo and Pluto at 29° Capricorn exactly squares the Lunar Nodes, all happening around July 22-23.
When Venus, planet of monetary concerns and possessions and relationships, goes retrograde, it is not advised to buy anything of value just now.
Whatever you buy during the station of Venus will not be worth it and/or will not live up to its promise.
So, don't buy anything expensive at all so not to lose large amounts of money.
At 28° Leo, the sign of love and children, retrograde Venus indicates break-ups, separations and relationship reversals.
Some of you may encounter a lover from the past.
If you are a woman, you should pay particularly attention with whom you meet because things are not always what they seem (especially not when Venus is at this particular degree).
The Sun gains strength in its own sign Leo and tends to bring more passionate moments (for good or ill).
The Pluto-Lunar Nodes square has been spoken about already and we just repeat that such an aspect coincides with mass events, often resulting in lots of casualties or victims (karmic related).
This aspect actually marks the whole month.
Chiron at 19° Aries too stations around July 23, often coinciding with obstructions and disturbing effects on a mundane level.
In practice, such stations coincided with strikes, protests, power outages and other blocking and stressful influences.
Stationing Chiron may indicate uproar, an explosive atmosphere and, following astrometeorology, extreme weather conditions.
This is the more so because, still around July 23, Mercury at 22° Leo squares Uranus at 22° Taurus, pointing to emergencies, breaking news, suddenly changing course and opinions and, following astrometeorology, tense wind or even storm here and there.
There can be black-outs, short-circuits and the period around this day promises to become tense, nervous and highly stressful.
It's a very noisy period too here and there and very tragic and separative with destructive influences going on in the background.
Pluto and the Lunar Nodes square one another exactly again around July 25 and again around July 28 so that the whole second half of the month is under the influence of mass events and power issues.
During this month of August there are the following specific planetary configurations of stationing outer planets that might affect some specific birthdays in particular:
If you are born around January 11, February 25, April 11, May 27, July 13, August 29, October 14 or November 28, this month might bring (financial) losses or expenses.
Generally speaking, August 1, 17, 21, 22 and 29 are "less lucky" days.
Try not to initiate any major projects on these dark, unfortunate, chaotic and empty days (no proposals, no marriages, no changes of residence,...) because things may not go as planned or wished.
In the 45° dial, there are the following powerful midpoint combos between outer planets going on that will be exact this month and that will mark this month's Zeitgeist: the Jupiter/Pluto midpoint equals the Uranus/Chiron midpoint (JU/PL = UR/CH), Neptune hits the Saturn/Chiron midpoint (NE = SA/CH), Saturn hits the Jupiter/Neptune midpoint (SA = JU/NE) in the first half of the month and Uranus equals the Neptune/Chiron midpoint (UR = NE/CH).
Let's take a look now what these planetary pictures tell about this month's Zeitgeist.
The JU/PL = UR/CH planetary picture suggests, among others: a successful breakthrough or a fortunate discovery, the big event (explosion, shock) causing many casualties, the big tumultuous experience or event, the mass uproar, the developing and increasing need for freedom.
On a personal level, this midpoint can work out very well and bring successes, luck in whatever way, the more so if you are born around January 26, March 12, April 26-27, June 12, July 29, September 14, October 30 or December 13.
The NE = SA/CH midpoint indicates, among others: the chronic health issue(s), the reality check, the agony, anxiety, the hardship, the destruction of buildings, the decay.
The SA = JU/NE midpoint combination that is active in the 1st half of August, suggests, among others: the heavy precipitation, the floods or inundations, the tiredness, the overcast or grey weather pattern, to feel hopeless, to lose faith, the financial losses.
The UR = NE/CH combination suggests, among others: the heavy precipitation, the floods, the defeat or disappointment, the agony, the suffering, the inexplicable situation(s).
The Sun at 14° Leo squares Jupiter at 14° Taurus around August 6-7, suggesting a male person disappearing out of your world.
This can be a restless, nervous period with sleepless nights, stress and with irritation in the air.
Following mundane astrology, this degree area often coincides with a 'fall from a height' (literally or figuratively, so, it might also coincide with a resignation or dismissal) but also with fleeing away or traveling suddenly.
The August 8 Last Quarter Moon at 15° Taurus is exactly conjunct Jupiter, adding to an existential change of course, often resulting in financial losses or expenses.
However, in most personal situations, this degree area might also point to pregnancy, childbirth, a marriage, triggering an existential change in life with a material component.
Around August 9, Venus at 22° Leo squares Uranus at 22° Taurus, suggesting pregnancy and/or childbirth and/or existential relationship changes.
Because Uranus is squared by its own dispositor (Venus rules Taurus), this still can be a challenging aspect that often coincides with short-lived attractions and/or sudden separations (unexpected deaths as well).
Venus at 15° Leo squares Jupiter at 15° Taurus while Mars at 26° Virgo opposes Neptune at 26° Pisces around August 22, indicating (financial) losses and/or expenses.
Following astrometeorology, there can be sudden local showers/precipitation, thunderstorms and sultry weather.
The Sun enters Virgo around August 23 while Mercury stations at 21° Virgo and turns backward.
The focus is on health and work for the coming period.
Stationing Mercury usually affects Geminis and Virgos (and Gemini and Virgo Ascendants) the most.
It's best to not expect too much as you may not feel too well around the station.
Beware of signing any document and you better wait until Mercury moves forward again to take important decisions.
The degree area of 21° Virgo often coincides with a reality check, a mental shock experience, accompanied by a paralyzing effect because you cannot absorb and digest the experience instantly.
There is some mental overflow noticeable and it's getting all too much.
Following mundane astrology, stationing Mercury often coincides with periods of strikes, protests and/or manifestations here and there.
Around August 27, Mars enters Libra, the sign of its detriment while the Sun at 3° Virgo opposes Saturn at 3° Pisces.
In Libra, impulsive and pushy Mars upsets the balance and status quo.
Mars has it now very difficult to maintain harmony because it's too active in a self-serving, egocentric way.
Libra wants cooperation, a concept that is not found in the dictionary of Mars.
Fiery Mars becomes more emotional because of perceived injustices while it resides in airy Libra, the sign of the judging scales.
The current period tends to become a more competitive one, reacting too soon to external stimuli but it's important to air the feelings properly anyway.
Any Sun-Saturn opposition blocks or hinders creative self-expression so that any kind of (free) expression becomes an issue now.
Following mundane astrology, this aspect often coincides with the separation, a break-up, leave-taking, passing away, dismissal etc. of an authority, father figure, VIP, celebrity, leader etc.
Uranus stations at 23° Taurus around August 28-29 and turns backward.
Stations of Uranus mark a restless, nervous, tense and noisy period.
Expect a couple of sleepless nights, the more so because this station coincides with a Full Moon period.
If you are Aquarius or have Aquarius rising, this station may affect you most and chances are you will not feel that well or things may not go as expected or anticipated.
Expect irritation and even some 'shock' experience(s).
This degree area is linked to sudden losses (often in a tragic way), unexpected separations after intense and short-lived encounters/meetings, but also the sudden encounter of people you have not met since a long time.
Interestingly in that way, separations often go hand in hand with new encounters.
Stationing Uranus often coincides with important (eye-opening) discoveries, following mundane astrology, especially during an awakening Full Moon period.
Following astrometeorology, stationing Uranus tends to coincide with periods of heavy (thunder)storm.
During this month of September there is the following specific planetary configuration of stationing outer planets that might affect some specific birthdays in particular:
Generally speaking, September 21, 22, 23, 24, 25, 26, 27 and 28 are "less lucky" days.
Try not to initiate any major projects on these dark, unfortunate, chaotic and empty days (no proposals, no marriages, no changes of residence,...) because things may not go as planned or wished.
In the 45° dial, there is one powerful midpoint combo between outer planets going on that will be exact mid September and that will mark this month's Zeitgeist: the Saturn/Chiron midpoint equals the Uranus/Pluto midpoint (SA/CH = UR/PL).
This planetary picture suggests, among others: a shocking reality check, (natural or man-made) disasters, the profound new living circumstances, the severe damage and material destruction.
On a personal level, this midpoint can be very challenging as well, the more so if you are born around January 30, March 16, May 1, June 16, August 3, September 18, November 3 or December 17.
Jupiter will also remain stationary the whole month long at the same degree of 15° Taurus, hitting the Saturn/Pluto midpoint (JUt = SA/PLt).
Generally speaking, this midpoint combo suggests, among others: trying to save what's left, trouble with authority, to keep a tight belt, the fanatic ideals that are pushed through, the (chronic) health issues.
Additionally, Neptune and the mean North Node of the Moon (not the true Node) are semi-sextile each other at 25° and 26° in a sign: Neptune is in Pisces and the Lunar North Node is in Aries.
When Neptune and the Lunar Nodes are in contact, they often point to, among others: the influence of secret groups or societies or groups working behind the scenes, asocial behavior, detesting society, the art of deception affecting groups of people, the disturbed night rest, the betrayal, the unrealistic expectations in or from a group.
Venus stations and turns direct at 12° Leo while Jupiter stations and turns backward at 15° Taurus around the same day of September 4.
Two planetary stations at the same day are always highly significant.
When Venus stations to turn direct again, she is ready to start with a renewed set of values and willing to re-engage with others or ready to build new relationships.
In Leo, the sign of love, play and entertainment, Venus is more able to express herself, loves a flirt and wants to have fun.
If you currently found a new mate or lover, use the coming two weeks intensely to learn each other well before committing though.
If you are Taurus or Libra (or have Taurus or Libra rising), the station of Venus will bring more liberating feelings.
Your life tends to get back on track again, slowly but steadily.
Stationing Jupiter on the other hand, brings a sobering outlook on financial and/or business affairs.
There are quite some concerns related to higher education and foreign affairs as well.
The station at 15° Taurus, a so-called 'critical degree', suggests you long to lead a stable and financially independent life.
However, high expenses or (financial or material) losses may suggest otherwise.
For some of you, this transit indicates paying a high price (figuratively or literally) to maintain stability and you have to question if it's all worth it.
There seem to be big expenses around.
Bills may pile up here and there and chances are you experience peer pressure or pressure from the family to do something.
If you are Sagittarius or have Sagittarius rising, the station of Jupiter will likely affect you more and result in not feeling too well or experiencing things not working out as expected just now.
Around September 6, the Sun and Mercury conjoin at 13° Virgo, often resulting in criticism and/or negative thoughts.
The minutest details count.
Some of you will be busy with domestic animals or may complain about annoying insects.
Following astrometeorology, there is more wind and unsettled weather.
The September 7 Last Quarter Moon at 14° Gemini widely squares its own dispositor, retrograde Mercury at 11° Virgo, suggesting that the coming week can be very restless and nervous with lots of changes of the place, lots of trips and buzz and gathering information.
Around the September 15 New Moon at 21° Virgo (conjunct the Fixed Star Denebola), Mercury at 8° Virgo stations and turns direct.
Stationing Mercury rules this New Moon period because it's the dispositor of the New Moon and in its own sign Virgo.
If you are Gemini or Virgo or have Gemini or Virgo rising, your life will slowly start to come back to 'normal' and you are able to take solid decisions.
Following mundane astrology, there are significantly more strikes, protests and demonstrations going on during periods of Mercury's stations.
Expect work that demands attention to the minutest details or craftsmanship.
Some of you may overthink too much, resulting in sleepless nights.
There may be lots of talk going around as well.
Events may happen and continue quickly, proceeding at high speed.
Following mundane astrology, the current other astrological configurations coincide with pent-up energies seeking an explosive and quick outlet that may manifest in different ways: the (sudden) fall of (a) government(s), stormy weather (typhoons, tornadoes etc.), tragic accidents, catastrophes or violence that give the impression of being victimized -- leaving almost no chance to fight, defense oneself and/or survive.
There are strong dictatorial or totalitarian tendencies noticeable.
Venus at 15° Leo squares retrograde Jupiter at 15° Taurus around September 17, coinciding with bills to be paid, financial expenses and/or purchases.
In some instances, legal issues may pop up too.
Some of you may be blinded by love, but it may come at a cost.
Because Venus is Jupiter's dispositor and squares this planet, this day can be marked by marriages (or weddings), celebrations, childbirths and social gatherings that come with a twist (or some hurdles).
The topic about being alone or single or independent vs. being sociable or connecting with others or someone else, will likely be on the agenda here and there.
Following astrometeorology, around the September 22 First Quarter Moon at 29° Sagittarius, there can be lots of precipitation here and there.
Additionally, this First Quarter Moon phase suggests a week of (long-distant) travel, foreign affairs, expatriates and even some issues moving on or changing the place.
The day after, around September 23, the Sun enters balancing Libra, pointing to health issues and trying to save what's left.
Some of you will start a new job, sign a contract, change the residence or even encounter someone new.
Mars at 18° Libra opposes Chiron at 18° Aries around September 24, an aspect that can disrupt the balance and coincide with turmoil, hurdles, objections so to block actions or activities.
Strikes, protests and manifestations are not uncommon.
During the September 29 perigee Full Moon at 6° Aries, Venus at 22° Leo squares Uranus at 22° Taurus.
While this aspect can be exciting for some of you, bringing new lovers or short-lived attractions into your life, some others will find this transit to bring (material or physical) hardship.
This planetary aspect is not too auspicious after all because Venus disposes of Uranus, connecting them in a colliding square aspect.
This is a stressful aspect, often indicating a so-called short-circuit act (acting impulsively and contrary to what one is used to do or acting against the own urges, body or interests).
During this month of October there is the following specific planetary configuration of stationing outer planets that might affect some specific birthdays in particular:
Generally speaking, October 3, 6 and 11 are "less lucky" days.
Try not to initiate any major projects on these dark, unfortunate, chaotic and empty days (no proposals, no marriages, no changes of residence,...) because things may not go as planned or wished.
In the 45° dial, there are some powerful midpoint combos between outer planets going on that will mark this month's Zeitgeist: the Saturn/Uranus midpoint equals the Neptune/Pluto midpoint (SA/UR = NE/PL), then the Jupiter/Saturn midpoint equals the Neptune/Chiron midpoint (JU/SA = NE/CH), Uranus hits the Jupiter/Saturn midpoint (UR = JU/SA) also and, finally, Pluto equals the Saturn/Neptune midpoint (PL = SA/NE).
The SA/UR = NE/PL planetary picture suggests, among others: the tragic losses, the missing people, the breaking of a dam or big structure, the breakdown or tumbling down and dissolving structure(s), the disturbing water issues creating havoc, the breaking of laws and corruption, the revolt against corruption or fraud, the disappearance after a breakdown or technical defect, the severe water-issues and/or storm, destructive issues related to petrol, oil or gas.
Overall, this is a tense, turbulent and destructive planetary picture.
The JU/SA = NE/CH planetary picture, that is especially more active in the 2nd half of the month, suggests, among others: the damage to homes and buildings, the real estate decay, the buildings on fire, the inundation or floods.
Following mundane astrology, the Jupiter/Saturn midpoint almost always represents homes and buildings while the Neptune/Chiron midpoint almost always coincides with water-related issues (maritime disasters, floods, inundations etc.) but in some cases has been active during big fires too.
The UR = JU/SA midpoint that is especially active in the 1st half of the month but lingers on the whole month, suggests, among others: the sudden 'violent' changes, the huge damage to buildings, the destruction of homes and buildings, the defective cars and/or engines, the sudden change of residence, the sudden leave-taking, to quit a job or career, the mental strain and stress, to choose a lifestyle where you have more freedom, the abrupt changes in lifestyle that are meant to set you free, the sudden upsets forcing you to change direction.
The PL = SA/NE midpoint indicates, among others: the fear, the potential for loss, to feel down, the ongoing decay, not being able to develop, the big suffering, the chronic or severe illness, the big health challenges, the huge environmental toxic or poisonous issues.
Additionally, Neptune and the mean North Node of the Moon (not the true Node) are still semi-sextile each other at 25° in a sign during the 1st half of October: Neptune is in Pisces and the Lunar North Node is in Aries.
Around October 4, Mars at 24° Libra opposes the true Lunar North Node while Mercury enters Libra.
Readers who regularly follow our monthly forecasts know already how any Mars-Lunar Node aspect tends to work out in mundane astrology: it often coincides with bloody mass events, accidents or violence affecting groups of people or a community.
When Mercury enters the sign of the Scales, it increases the need to express an opinion, to connect, discuss and talk with others.
Libra is an air sign and thus noisy, suggesting a noisy period with lots of buzz.
Some of you will encounter someone new or sign a contract or agreement.
Around October 8-9, Mars at 27° Libra squares (already stationing) Pluto at 27° Capricorn while Venus enters Virgo.
Almost always, Mars-Pluto squares coincide with violence, accidents and brute force.
Women should particularly be careful when meeting someone under this transit as it increases the odds of crossing boundaries, physical abuse etc.
Following astrometeorology and mundane astrology, Mars-Pluto aspects increase the odds of (man-made or natural) disasters, often connected with power outages.
When Venus enters Virgo, the sign of work, chances are you may meet love at or around the workplace.
Small (domestic) animals may bring comfort into your life.
Venus at 1° Virgo opposes Saturn at 1° Pisces around October 10 while Pluto stations at 27° Capricorn and turns direct again.
The opposition aspect to Saturn suggests that some experience or event was prevented from happening.
It may also indicate that something was cancelled, blocked and, in some instances, this aspect may also point to monetary concerns, not being able to pay, or facing a blocked account or the need to tighten the belt.
There is separation going on with an inability to connect with someone, a loved one or with others.
Periods of stationing Pluto tend to coincide with corruption or fraud being revealed, resignations and, above all, (forceful) mass events that result in quite some casualties.
Following astrometeorology, stationing Pluto is part of disasters and intense stormy weather -- so, beware!
In the earth sign Capricorn, reflecting the crust of the earth, landslides, earthquakes, mining or underground disasters etc. can be part of the signature.
This particular degree of 27° Capricorn is about censorship, calculated and mechanical (almost robotical) behavior.
Whatever currently happens and as long as Pluto remains at 27° Capricorn, is filtered intellectually without any feelings.
Also, there is a huge dissatisfaction noticeable and whenever this degree is triggered, following mundane astrology, it coincides with some kind of an exodus, people leaving their place of residence -- for whatever reason.
People tend to feel disconnected from each other, which might be noticeable the whole month long.
Also realize that direct Pluto is slowly going towards the so-called 'critical degrees' of 29° Capricorn-0° Aquarius again, which will dominate the whole year 2024 long.
This heavy transit will thus start to continuously trigger one emergency after another, one unexpected disruption after another.
The coming year is expected to be(come) very intense, disruptive, uncomfortable, freeing the world and humanity yet more from 'old chains' -- but with a twist.
Around the same day of October 11-12, Mars enters intense Scorpio.
This transit above average coincides with rising cases and/or publicity of (physical) abuse, sex scandals and the like.
Every 2-2.5 years, people tend to more easily come forward during this transit with ongoing cases or investigations getting more public attention again as well.
The October 14 Solar Eclipse at 21° Libra is accompanied by Mercury at 17° Libra opposing Chiron at 17° Aries.
Following the keen astrologer and researcher Bernadette Brady, this Solar Eclipse belongs to the Saros 7 South Series.
According to her, this family of eclipses suggests that huge obstacles will suddenly and easily clear or, on the negative side, a pending potential crisis will suddenly manifest and move through life very rapidly.
It's an eclipse series pointing to whatever things moving at great speed (like wildfires or storms or epidemics etc).
You get the picture, so beware AND prepare for what's to come and develop the next 6 months!
Because the Solar Eclipse is also inconjunct disruptive and erratic Uranus, some inconvenient and unexpected changes can be expected.
The degree area of 21° Libra indicates gatherings, large groups of people coming together (to celebrate or to manifest, protest or...).
When Mercury and Chiron build an exact aspect, beware of defective electronics, technical issues, communication breakdowns, internet outages, traffic jams etc.
Communication in whatever form is not going smoothly around this period.
Also realize that opinions do differ and this transit might help you to remember that.
Maverick Chiron is always obstructive, objects easily and that's what is likely going to manifest around the aspect.
The October 22 First Quarter Moon at 28° Capricorn is conjunct Pluto while Mercury changes signs and enters Scorpio through the so-called 'gates of death' (0° Scorpio).
Hence, this lunation is fully marked by the intense Mercury-Pluto energies.
Some of you may get news about a legacy, insurances, taxes, or other 'shared resources.'
Following mundane astrology, Mercury entering Scorpio above average coincides with severe traffic and/or transportation accidents (by car, train, bus etc.), causing lots of casualties.
This is a very investigative astrological configurations overall too.
This lunation period tends to mark a period of mourning, missing loved ones.
Following astrometeorology, the atmosphere gets cooler, resulting in quite colder temperatures here and there.
The Sun too enters Scorpio around October 24 through the 'gates of death', adding to more prominent Scorpio influences (about death, abuse, taxes, insurances, the banking world, legacies, darker agendas, investigations etc.).
During this month of November there are the following specific planetary configurations of stationing outer planets that might affect some specific birthdays in particular:
Generally speaking, November 12 is a "less lucky" days.
Try not to initiate any major projects on this dark, unfortunate, chaotic and empty day (no proposals, no marriages, no changes of residence,...) because things may not go as planned or wished.
In the 45° dial, there are some powerful midpoint combos between outer planets going on that will mark this month's Zeitgeist: the Jupiter/Pluto midpoint equals the Uranus/Chiron midpoint (JU/PL = UR/CH), then the Jupiter/Chiron midpoint equals the Saturn/Neptune midpoint (JU/CH = SA/NE), Pluto hits the Jupiter/Chiron midpoint early November (PL = JU/CH), the Jupiter/Uranus midpoint hits the Saturn/Pluto midpoint (JU/UR = SA/PL) and, finally, Saturn equals the Jupiter/Neptune midpoint (SA = JU/NE).
The JU/PL = UR/CH planetary picture suggests, among others: the unexpected and/or thrilling fortunate developments, the BIG turmoil, the immense shock(s), the (massive) revelation(s), the widespread casualties after a shock or explosion or rupture, the sudden storm.
The JU/CH = SA/NE planetary picture, that is especially more active in the 2nd half of the month, suggests, among others: the medical issues or intervention, the health challenges and the medical world.
The PL = JU/CH midpoint that is especially active in the 1st half of the month but lingers on the whole month, suggests, among others: the fortunate development(s), the big success(es).
The JU/UR = SA/PL planetary picture suggests, among others: the revelation of a building, structure or construction, the archaeological finding(s).
The SA = JU/NE midpoint that is especially active late November, indicates, among others: the lack of hope, the disappointment(s), the (financial) losses, the financial crisis, to feel down, the pessimism, to be exhausted and/or tired, the heavy rainfall or precipitation, the grey and overcast weather.
From November 1 on and for the next weeks, Pluto is at 28° Capricorn, an (ice) cold degree, reflecting a colder atmosphere, literally (following astrometeorology), but also figuratively, still suggesting a harsher Zeitgeist during which cold and narrow reasoning prevails.
The intellect will be used in a calculated way which may be noticeable in the way some people or groups of people are treated and/or act for the rest of this year.
This month (and December as well) is about formalities overruling human feelings, building a fence (figuratively to not feel and to just carry out a plan or obey blindly and mechanically, and rejecting anything else).
Saturn stations at 0° Pisces and turns direct again while Mercury at 21° Scorpio opposes Uranus at 21° Taurus around November 4.
Interestingly, Saturn will remain at this so-called 'critical degree' of 0° Pisces the whole month of November long!
Any time Saturn stations, it coincides with falls from a height and tumbling down (literally or figuratively), damage to buildings (especially to the roof or upper parts of a building or home) and/or collapses (like cranes or high structures collapsing).
People from the past may enter your life again and some events from the past will be back in the news again.
Capricorns and those of you with Capricorn rising will rejoice because your life may slowly get on track again.
The days around the station can be a bit restricting though, especially on a physical level, but things will slowly start to improve.
This degree of 0° Pisces is associated with dissolving, disappearances, chaos, demise and things that 'melt away'.
Hence, following astrometeorology, this station may be related to water-related issues, floods and/or inundations with objects (Saturn represents forms and matter in a general way) in water (Pisces).
We expect this month to bring lots of precipitation in whatever way.
The Mercury-Uranus opposition indicates breaking news, a sudden change of course, traffic issues, nervous tension.
Expect the unexpected and be flexible.
Following astrometeorology, all tight Mercury-Uranus aspects coincide with heavy wind and even storm here and there.
Venus enters its own sign Libra around November 8, trying to focus on harmony and agreements.
On a personal level, in this position Venus might trigger love at first sight, new enjoyable encounters and/or receiving a present/gift/parcel or nice news.
However, beware of broken promises and/or commitments and some financial disappointment later on.
Mercury enters Sagittarius, the sign of its detriment, around November 10 during which it also squares stationing Saturn (still at 0° Pisces).
Some bad or sad news might go viral.
There is some loss and/or no willingness to listen.
This waning square tends to have fixed convictions whether they are right or wrong.
Travel and traffic may not go smoothly at all.
Around November 11, Mars at 21° Scorpio opposes Uranus at 21° Taurus; quite a violent and accident-prone aspect for sure.
Oppositions to Uranus are very disruptive, separating and explosive or shocking.
In fixed signs, this opposition holds tight and is very fanatic and intolerant.
It's the classic aspect of physical injuries and pent-up anger that needs an outlet (like in strikes, protests and manifestations).
Following mundane astrology, this aspect may be part of astrological signatures that coincide with natural or man-made disasters (like earthquakes, typhoons etc.) and very sudden and drastic changes in the weather pattern.
The November 13 New Moon at 20° Scorpio (and thus still conjunct Mars at 21° Scorpio), closely opposes Uranus at 21° Taurus, intensifying these turbulent and violent days.
All lunations that closely aspect Uranus bring about a very sudden and drastic turn in the weather pattern also.
So, pay attention to this turbulent New Moon period and take care!
Events tend to come and go fast, at high speed and with brute force (like a storm).
Beware of accidents, physical injuries and disruptions a bit everywhere.
The Sun enters Sagittarius around November 22, focusing on foreign affairs and travel.
The day after, around November 23, the Sun, still at 0° Sagittarius, squares blocking Saturn at 0° Pisces so that any creative self-expression is hindered or prohibited.
You may lack zest, feel down or not too well.
It's a period of obstruction(s).
Foreign relationships and/or travel tend to not goo smoothly after all.
Mars enters Sagittarius around November 23, adding some push and a possible intervention in foreign affairs.
Pushy and commanding Mars in spreading Sagittarius cannot stand being idle and will fight for its beliefs, in whatever way.
This is not a peaceful transit at all and with the Sun, Mercury and Mars now in Sagittarius, the sign of travel, beliefs and foreign affairs, late November proves to become a period with tons of mobbing, bullying, arguments, disputes, bold statements, fights but also (following mundane astrology), traffic accidents and issues related to travel.
If you are a Capricorn or have Capricorn rising, you enter a rather treacherous period and you should guard your health and beware of people working behind your back.
Around November 25, Mars (still at 0° Sagittarius) squares Saturn (still at 0° Pisces), so that any initiatives will be blocked or delayed.
This waning square, like all waning squares to blocking Saturn are met with hesitation and even obstruction.
There is a growing feeling that fighting windmills makes no sense.
There is no progress noticeable at all, whatever is being done.
The November 27 Full Moon at 4° Gemini brings lots of confusion and chaotic situations because this Full Moon's ruler (Mercury) at 24° Sagittarius also squares Neptune at 24° Pisces.
Mercury is still in the sign of its detriment and Neptune is the stronger of both because it's in its own sign Pisces (albeit retrograde).
Foggy and watery Neptune is the stronger of the two and tends to mask and/or hide information, creating chaos and uncertainty.
Beware of lies, false information and/or fake news (intentionally or not).
Around November 28, Venus at 22° Libra opposes the true Lunar North Node at 22° Aries, indicating a period of reveling in love, a low point in connecting with others and even the need for solitude.
Some of you may feel misunderstood, may miss a loved one, or may reassess a love relationship.
Some attachments to loved ones may now come to an end, so to find peace after issues are resolved, in whatever way.
Beware of sudden financial losses and/or troubles.
During this month of December there are the following specific planetary configurations of stationing outer planets that might affect some specific birthdays in particular:
Generally speaking, there are no "less lucky" days in December.
In the 45° dial, there are some powerful midpoint combos between outer planets going on that will mark this month's Zeitgeist: the Jupiter/Pluto midpoint still equals the Uranus/Chiron midpoint (JU/PL = UR/CH), the Uranus/Neptune midpoint equals the Pluto/Chiron midpoint (UR/NE = PL/CH), Uranus hits the Jupiter/Saturn midpoint (UR = JU/SA) and, finally, Uranus equals the Neptune/Chiron midpoint (UR = NE/CH).
The JU/PL = UR/CH planetary picture suggests, among others: the unexpected and/or thrilling fortunate developments, the BIG turmoil, the immense shock(s), the (massive) revelation(s), the widespread casualties after a shock or explosion or rupture, the sudden fierce storm.
The UR/NE = PL/CH planetary picture is indicative of, among others: the internet outages, websites being down worldwide (this is almost a given).
There is a huge uncertainty about how the future will develop.
Following astrometeorology, this planetary picture also coincides with lots of rain, water-related issues, inundations, floods, maritime disasters etc.
The UR = JU/SA midpoint suggests, among others: the sudden 'violent' changes, the huge damage to buildings, the destruction of homes and buildings, the defective cars and/or engines, the sudden change of residence, the sudden leave-taking, to quit a job or career, the mental strain and stress, to choose a lifestyle where you have more freedom, the abrupt changes in lifestyle that are meant to set you free, the sudden upsets forcing you to change direction.
The UR = NE/CH midpoint suggests, among others: the heavy precipitation, the floods, the defeat or disappointment, the agony, the suffering, the inexplicable situation(s), the cognitive dissonance.
Around December 1, Mercury enters Capricorn, presenting an official (and public) message or statement, an announcement from a government, governmental organization, leader of state or higher-up.
There are official documents or letters coming into the open.
Venus enters passionate Scorpio, the sign of its detriment, around December 4.
Some of you may mourn a loved one, others may face financial issues and yet others may have to deal with group pressure and some kind of obligations or duties to carry out.
Any time Venus enters Scorpio through 'the Gates of death' (0° Scorpio), it coincides with swapping partners, leaving a partner to start a new relationship with someone else.
In this position, Venus marks a transition period pertaining to relationships that are changing profoundly or transforming during this period.
The December 5 Last Quarter Moon at 12° Virgo points to an explosive week (i.e. the sudden breaking free of pent-up energies to get rid of a facade), questioning laws or regulations, the unmasking and disclosing deceptive appearances, the splitting/separating of the inner and the outer so that the real inner core gets revealed (willingly or not).
Hence, people might tend to more easily separate around this Moon phase due to an emerging need to be more independent, more connected with the inner self.
Some of you may want to break free in whatever way.
Neptune stations around December 6 at 24° Pisces and turns direct again.
If you are Pisces or have Pisces rising, you may feel the station most profoundly.
Stationing Neptune coincides with disappointments or unclear situations and some confusing moments.
You may feel particularly tired around these days.
This specific degree of 24° Pisces is about cognitive dissonance, something unreal that results in kind of a paralysis, not being able to (re)act because the experience is too overwhelming and impossible to grasp at this time.
Hence, this period of time might indicate being or feeling inundated in whatever way (literally but also figuratively with too much work or too much on one's mind).
In a broader perspective, it also indicates not working or not being able work for whatever reason (strikes, protests, manifestations, accidents, illness...).
It's best not to fight or resist and let the current energies be what they are and let them flow away and dissipate.
Following astrometeorology, stationing Neptune coincides with lots of precipitation and/or mist here and there.
Any water-related or maritime issues may now get more attention.
Venus at 6° Scorpio opposes Jupiter at 6° Taurus around December 9-10, often indicative of waste, extravagance, financial expenses and/or losses.
However, on a personal level, both planets together point to popularity and nice surprises.
Enjoy a gathering or socialize.
Oppositions to Jupiter often coincide with something being made public (publicity), and with Venus the subject can be related to finances, small possessions and/or relationships.
Often it also involves legal matters, for good or bad.
On a mundane level, this degree area often coincides with explosions (of whatever kind), something that blows up and/or that expands beyond its limits (the breaking of a dam, for example).
Around the December 13 New Moon at 20° Sagittarius, Mercury at 8° Capricorn stations and turns backward.
Geminis and Virgos and Gemini and Virgo Ascendants may feel Mercury's station most as their current days might not go as planned or wished for.
You may feel a bit down or ill around this station and it's best not to take any major decision.
There is lots of restlessness and extreme nervous tension noticeable as well as accidents and separation that allow to suddenly end a chapter in life and start another.
Sticking to the old will certainly result in more severe accidents or situations to force you to change course.
Leaving 'the old' behind is what freedom means.
Following mundane astrology, Mercury's stations often coincide with strikes, protests and manifestations.
Expect more traffic issues and/or accidents as well.
Interestingly, this particular New Moon, has almost the same meaning, pointing to separations, standing emotionally stronger in one's own power, leaving the home and/or motherly principles behind.
For some of you, especially so when you are a woman, this New Moon period may mark a new look, a new way of dressing and/or hair cut so to more profoundly emphasize your uniqueness and independence.
It's yet inconclusive whether or not the New Moon's degree marks refugees too, but it's a possibility as it fits this global picture and concept (leaving the domestic area, willingly or not, leaving the old behind to regain freedom and independence).
The loss of the comforting past is a relief and marks a renewal.
The December 19 First Quarter Moon at 27° Pisces is widely conjunct Neptune and sextile Pluto.
This particular degree often coincides with water-related issues, lots of precipitation here and there on a mundane level.
Also, there can be missing people, or people drowning or disappearing.
Around the same day of December 19-20, Pluto is at 29° Capricorn and is in 'critical territory' again because the degree area between 29° Capricorn and 1° Aquarius is, as we have mentioned a lot in the past already, a so-called 'critical degree area' that is associated with really BIG U-turns, the changing of the rules, huge crisis situations, emergencies and the like.
On a more personal level it also increases the odds of psychological and mental issues that may become more prevalent.
The influences will last till late February 2024, suggesting we are now entering a very challenging period in time.
All 29° in a sign are ending degrees, suggesting endings in a rather sad way but also a wrap up of a situation with some of you feeling at the end of the rope the coming weeks and months.
Aside from these crisis situations and emergencies, also expect more irritation, collapses, extremely stressful and tense situations full of mental strain and even shock experiences while Pluto transits this area and changes signs.
Venus at 19° Scorpio opposes Uranus at 19° Taurus around December 21, indicative of short-lived attractions and encounters.
At very passionate degrees, this opposition may be highly sensual and may indicate conception/pregnancy.
You are compelled to create or live your passions intensely.
Following astrometeorology, there can be ice cold weather, precipitation and even some snow here and there.
Around the same day of December 25-26, Neptune is at 25° Pisces, a degree associated with shock experiences, cognitive dissociation, fear, unreal situations, the unreal becoming real, chaos, confusion, longing for clarity and truth, longing for another 'reality' so to get more rest and peace.
No doubt, this degree area reinforces, and possibly intensifies, Pluto's ending degree area for the coming weeks and at least till early February when Neptune starts to transit 26° Pisces that still contains the same influences for some part.
The degree area of 25°-26° Pisces is also found during times of trying to escape, flee away (literally or figuratively), or when talking about refugees.
It's a very dissolving degree area overall.
So, beware of floods, inundations and/or water-related issues also.
After December 26, both Neptune and Pluto are at degrees with overlapping themes: fear, cognitive dissonance, shocks, facing the unreal, experiencing a psychic or mental crisis, extreme stress.
Following astrometeorology and mundane astrology, water-related issues, floods, inundations, maritime disasters, drownings may manifest here and there.
Around the December 27 Full Moon at 4° Cancer, Chiron stations and turns direct at 15° Aries while Mercury at 25° Sagittarius squares Neptune at 25° Pisces.
Stationing Chiron often coincides with strikes, (heavy) uproar, manifestations, protests and, following astrometeorology, extreme and very tough weather conditions.
Clearly, late December may present some heavy weather here and there.
At 15° Aries, a so-called 'critical degree', stationing Chiron suggests clashes and collisions for sure and emotions running high.
The Mercury-Neptune square adds to the confusion and, following astrometeorology, suggests lots of precipitation and heavy winds locally.
